How the Herbalife weight loss diet is done

In the example, we will show a weight management plan in which a formula 1 shake is substituted for breakfast and another shake for dinner. This Herbalife shake can be mixed with water + protein or semi-skimmed milk.

Meal 1: Breakfast

You drink the Formula 1 shake (26g) + protein. Mixed with 250ml-350ml of water depending on how thick or thin you like it.

The other option is to mix the shake with 250ml of semi-skimmed milk (less recommended option).

Lunch 2: Morning snack
